Do you know someone who would be a good Foster Parent for a dog or cat?

 We provide animal related services including safe shelter, animal control, spay and neuter, education, and more. serving the needs of the City of Kingsport, TN.  

Do you know of a group or an individual that may want to help the animals? We need them!

Volunteers can spend time with the dogs and cats or they can help in so many different ways! We need more volunteers!

Petworks Regional Animal Services, formerly SBK Animal Control Center, serves the animal control needs of the City of Kingsport, Tennessee and we adopt on a regional basis. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care to the region's lost and homeless animals.
